CAB Bill Is It A Solution Or Disruption???

CAB Bill creates huge controversies among the people of Bangladesh. Most of them are highly disappointed by the implementation of this bill. Specially, somehow it affects on the existing Muslims from Bangladesh in India. The question is why such kind of disruption is taking place to embarrass people? Every religion stays together peacefully so why the question of citizenship is arising again?

How CAB is affecting on citizenship?

A question arises about a human's existence in India and specially those people who are compelled to leave Bangladesh to save themselves from genocide at the partition time. It's a very cruel and true fact that the partition time almost devastated human life and people were compelled to take shelter in India. At that time, maybe they couldn't think that this kind of tumultuous situation can arise in future. CAB arises a significant question about their citizenship & existence in India.

What the people of Bangladesh will do who already took shelter in India?

A long time has been passed and Bangladeshi people who've already settled down in India peacefully after liberation war, they've started to think themselves as Indian. They're considered as Indians but the citizenship related question arises for them who took shelter in India after 1971. 1971 liberation war created a memorable history in world and at that time, citizenship related issues weren't focused. If the problem was already solved that time then it may not create this current situation.

If we see in political view, then we've to agree that CAB law is quite scientific as it ensures one's citizenship in India. It also ensures the existence of both Hindu and Muslim religions of Bangladesh. If NRC is applied then it can create huge problems to take back all people from India, where Bangladesh already is suffering a lot with Rohingya issue. So rather than NRC, CAB is more effective implementation for all those respective countries.

We already experienced how NRC issue affects on Bangladesh people but similarly we can see that CAB bill is little bit lesser harsh than NRC. CAB bill gives recognition to every citizen whether they qualify all the parameters or not. Influential aspects of CABbill is quite interesting but disappointing too for some of the groups.

Some people are thinking that CAB bill is biased for Hindu religion, it protects the Hindus. Most of the Muslim communities, extremists are disappointed by this political aspect. They're not ready to accept NRC and CAB. PMO India Narendra Modi assured Sheikh Hasina that NRC or CAB should not affect Bangladesh people. But the current scenario is getting complicated and if it's applied for Bangladesh then huge problem will arise there.

A huge part of population from Bangladesh exists in India. If those people are taken back by Bangladesh, a huge crisis will be created. India Bangladesh relationship is in hopeful position and Bangladesh will cooperate us always in this kind of sensitive matter.

Positive aspects of CAB:

It ensures one's citizenship, people of Bangladesh who are already settled in India before liberation war, they received Indian citizenship already. 

Bangladesh and India maintained good relationship but application of same law for both Bangladesh & Pakistan Muslims can arise a question about ''good relationship'' between these two countries. The conflict between these two different thoughts can make a very huge differences but that will be transformed into solution very soon hopefully.

CAB Bill protects & ensures better safety for every citizen. People who are having all the documents related to citizenship, they shall never have to face any problem in future & they can enjoy full rights as citizen. It's applicable for all religions and castes.

CAB Bill is quite scientific and if it's implemented properly then the crime can be decreased comparatively. People who attempt to cross the border for spreading crimes, they will be restricted to do all those activities.

Jamat-E-Islami and BNP protest against CAB

In Bangladesh, Jamat as a extremist party protests against CAB & they want to protect the Muslims in Bangladesh. So, Jamat is strongly against of this citizenship amendment bill. Firstly, it can arise a big question about their citizenship in Bangladesh and they will be obliterated firstly from the country.

BNP and Jamat protests against this bill as they will not be able to spread their crimes and terrorism anymore. So, that bill can be very effective to stop criminal activities in country.

Above of caste, religion, humanity is everything. We should preserve this thing firstly and we should protect it always. India Bangladesh bonding will remain forever and any kind of bill amendment cannot affect on this relationship.
